Be a High Demand Intern and report to the Director of Marketing.  As a HTML Developer Intern you are an an expert in using the dynamic programming tools and languages, with primary focus on HTML. A successful candidate would work independently or be part of a team that builds and integrates web based user experiences for our website.

Our developer works to enhance web solutions and test them on various browsers to ensure the best experience for the user. This position requires an understanding of the web development lifecycle and needs someone who can communicate project status, issues, and resolutions.


  • Accountable for the development of specifications for applications or modifying/maintaining existing web sites and web applications in HTML;
  • Designing, coding and debugging capabilities in different browsers;
  • Testing and quality assurance of their work;
  • Performance tuning, improvement, balancing and usability;
  • Support, maintain and document work delivered;
  • Maintain standards compliance; communicates and enforces coding standards;
  • Implement localization or globalization.

Project Execution:

  • Assists in achievement of development deadlines and schedules;
  • Creates and executes project work plans; revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements and communicates said changes to project and team leadership;
  • Understands the necessity of and contributes to coding standards; communicates and enforces coding standards;
  • On occasion will act as project leader with the responsibilities of coordinating a small project team;
  • Participate in strategic and tactical design projects that translate user designs into a cutting edge, functioning web experience;
  • Prioritizes multiple tasks effectively.

  • Has knowledge & skills and consistently stays on top of web capabilities, concepts, practices, and procedures through own interest as well as research, learning and education; proactively seeks opportunities to broaden and deepen knowledge base and proficiencies – above & beyond required training;
  • Proactively identifies areas requiring improvement, seeks out and recommends new solutions;
  • Teaches out new capabilities & industry best practices to others (eg. web designers);
  • Presents findings/concepts/proposals in a clear, effective, professional manner which is appropriate to the audience level.
