Internships a Wonderful Investment In Post-Sec Graduates

We have found the YMCA Digital Skills Youth Internship Program invaluable for us to bring on and train new employees. In our industry skills can only be learned on the job and not in the classroom; thus the 4 month window provided by the internship program gives us about the exact amount of time needed to bring on a new recruit and get Interns like Stacey up to speed. I think this program is a wonderful investment in our young graduates, providing the on the job training via the position of Entry IT Recruiter/Data Entry @ CompuStaff Corp is necessary to launch a career; and furthermore, without this program it would be difficult for us to justify bringing on a person with no experience.
