EION Wireless, a division of EION Inc. is a privately owned Canadian company headquartered in Ottawa Canada, with research and development centers in Slovenia, Global Customer Support Operations in India, and multiple regional sales offices around the globe.

EION fosters and mentors new grads and helps them get a foot hold in an industrial environment so the interns can get important experience to move ahead in life. As part of that endeavor, EION has opened the Software Intern Developer position to mentor the student in the field of wireless networks. The work involves developing network management entity using C and Java for the StarPlus and StarAccess Product line. Be a High Demand Intern and get exposed to tool development. The interns will gain in depth skills in understanding product development, design and architecture and are well placed after the internship for a full time position in the networking industry.

EION routinely hires full time developers for their projects and the intern students have an advantage during application as they come with prior product knowledge.

Since being founded in 2001, EION Wireless has been recognized multiple times as one of the fifty fastest growing wireless companies by Deloitte and Touche. To support its diverse global customer base, EION Wireless works with more than 165 channel partners worldwide to support some of the largest 4G deployments in the world.

Thanks Pallavi for the support chat this morning and the subsequent selection of EION for participation in   program.  As you mentioned during the interview, this is a very tough selection process and EION is very thankful to the YMCA National Office for approving the Software Developer Intern @ EION and giving us an opportunity High Demand Youth Internship Program to participate in the community and Be a Skills Mentor.  We will use this chance to the fullest to mentor budding professionals and introduce them to proper product development practices.

Again, EION wishes to thank you and the organization for the selection.  Please email us specific information on how to proceed (in addition to the next steps document).

Sincerely, Anand
