Be a High Demand Intern - You will have a strong technical background, outstanding telephone and email skills, excellent command of the English language, and a positive, customer-centric attitude.

Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): 

  • Perform on-site installations, service and repairs to desktops, servers, peripherals and network devices.
  • Install systems, applications, patches/updates, network maintenance using IT Automation software. 
  • Diagnose root causes and Resolve issues directly with customers on-site, by telephone and remote support. 
  • Follow up calls and emails to ensure issues are resolved.
  • Log and manage your time using a ticketing system. 
  • Prepare technical documentation, ie. knowledge base articles, manuals, troubleshooting guides. 
  • Perform regularly scheduled maintenance and management tasks on Windows servers and desktops.
